Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to all the following Terms of Service. If you have any questions, please contact me before proceeding.
Any violation of these terms will result in being blacklisted indefinitely.

PAYMENT

> Payments are made via PayPal invoice only.
> Payment is split into two parts: 50% upfront and 50% once the artwork is finished. You can pay 100% upfront if you request it (tips are appreciated).
> A 5% PayPal fee will be included in the final price.
> I will send an invoice once all details are confirmed; payment must be verified before starting.
> The commission will not begin until the first payment is received.
> No cancellations or refunds are accepted once work has begun. Refunds are only possible if I cannot complete the commission or have not started it.
> Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated, including attempts to haggle or inappropriate messages, and may result in being blacklisted without a refund.
> To issue your legal invoice, you must provide the personal details requested. This information is strictly for tax purposes and will be kept private.

COMMISSION PROCESS

> Please provide as many references as possible (photos, artworks, descriptions) in a Google document or similar. Include clear references of your character and a brief description of your idea.
> Provide a PayPal address and a contact method (Email/Discord) for communication.
> Updates will be provided throughout the process (sketch, base colors + shading, render, animation if applicable), unless it is a Skeb-style commission.
> For Live2D model commissions, you will be able to test the model when needed.
> The estimated completion time ranges from a few days to several weeks, depending on complexity and queue. It may take longer during busy periods; if so, I will inform you that you have been placed on my waitlist.
> You will be notified of any delays.
> Harassment regarding work speed will not be tolerated.
> Final artwork will be delivered via Google Drive or Email in the highest possible quality.

CHANGES & ADDITIONAL FEES

> Last-minute changes, complex designs, excessive details, or detailed backgrounds may add additional charges. (will be discussed before starting)
> Commissions with strict deadlines may include an additional fee.

WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW

> I do NOT accept commissions for: fetishes, NSFW/+18 content, mecha, hateful themes, or furry content.

RIGHTS & USAGE

> The artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed.
> Commercial use (resale, merchandise, etc.) must be discussed and paid for upfront.
> Commercial rights allow me by default the use of commissioned art as merch, prints etc.
> Commercial rights are discussed individually. Intellectual property and credits remain with the artist.
> You must always credit me when displaying the artwork.
> You must display the artwork on external sites with proper credit.
> You may print or create physical copies for personal use only.

YOU MUST NOT
x Copy, edit, redistribute, or claim the artwork as your own.
x Modify or trace the artwork.
x Use the artwork for AI training, AI generation, NFTs, or blockchain-related projects.
x Use sketches or unused concepts to create finished works (your rights apply only to the final commissioned piece).
x Use the artwork for any project (commercial or not) unless agreed upon.

> I retain full copyright over my work, including the right to use it for promotion or potfolio unless otherwise agreed.

PUBLICITY & PRIVACY

> By default, I may share the commission on social media or in my portfolio
> I may also work on your commission publicly (e.g. streaming).
> If you request privacy or an NDA, it must be stated before payment and might include an additional fee. Private commissions will not be streamed or shared, and no WIPs will be posted.
